What am I looking at?
The basic 'thing' you are looking at is a project. You can see the calendar or plan, the conversation, the team, and the documents attached to the project.

For the top level project (the one with its name on the big tab on the left) you see some bars. Each bar is a task that needs to be completed. Tasks have their own conversation, team, and documents so everything stays organized and boxed by responsibility.
How do I use this?
Look at the calendar. You need to work on the tasks that are already due as well as those due soon. Tasks that are red are overdue, yellow are being worked on, and green are complete,
As you finish tasks, make sure you mark them complete. Marking tasks complete makes them show up in green. When all of your tasks are green, you get the warm fuzzy feeling from a completely green calendar on a completely complete project
Calendar? Plan? Team? Huh?
- Calendar
- The top level project has a calendar which shows the scheduling of tasks.
- Plan
- The tasks each have a plan that describes how to complete the task.
- Team
- These are the people who will help you complete the project or task. The project's team can see and converse on all tasks, but each tasks's team can only converse on that task.
- Documents
- Documents can be uploaded from your computer and attached to the project or to a specific task, and so shared with team or kept in an accessible place so you can find it when you need it.
- Conversation
- The project hosts its own conversation, each task hosts its own conversation. These are like chats, but very focused to the task they are attached to.
